trying to keep on keeping...

Okaaay, I like this. 2 or 3 days and no one has read my latest posts. I don't write these posts with a desire to be seen, heard, or read. I get nervous never knowing exactly who might be reading these posts. There is only one person who ever admits to me that they have been reading them, and I'm happy for him to know whatever anythings I scribble down here. But two days now with no viewings at all... makes me wonder if "he" is ok.. I'll reach out to him soon.

So what's on my mind tonight... I just finished watching the end of season 3 of Ted Lasso. Got through it without shedding a tear. Compared to the waterfalls of crying I was going through watching the fist two seasons I think I'm cried out. What does that mean? I think the program worked successfully at helping me cleanse out a LOT of bottled up, backlogged stubborn old emotions that were trapped inside my heart and body. There was plenty of drama that could have made me cry in these last few episodes, but that I didn't get gut-punched by them like I was in the beginning episodes is a strong sign of healing. Thank you, all you team of writers and actors etc for creating such a powerful vessel for emotional healing, not only for me, but for the world. I don't know if producers/creators of shows like this know how much their work can do to help brokenhearted people feel their pain, and become able to release it, or not. I suspect that they probably do not have that as an aim. I mean, they probably excel for excellence in their productions, and aim for comedic enticement. But to make people feel the depths of human misery that is buried in our subconscious's, that's high level spiritual healing magick. Healing master type work. I don't think that writers know that they are capable of doing such powerful work as this. And I think that they are probably surprised to ever hear stories of people having experiences like I had. None of them will ever hear the story of my feeling healed by watching this show... alas.
