Getting the job done...
I had been in the County of Los Angeles for less than 20 minutes and saw a serious auto accident happen on the freeway and then less than 2 miles away this scene in a shopping center parking lot where a young woman was handcuffed and put into the back of a patrol car. Density of population does create density of experience. Nice to see that the police are available and doing their work.
