Here's the transcript from tonight's channelling session...
It is 11:21 PM on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026.
I've been sitting here for a few moments already grounding and connecting with my spirit guide team, so everyone is in place. I am going to connect with three different people tonight. I give them permission to have entry into... well, actually, I'm not going to give them entry into my aura. Only my team can have access into my aura space. Those I'm going to be viewing don't need to come into my space. The entities that come into my space are here to work with me, teach me, and help me, whereas those we are going to read can stay out. They don't need to come in for me to be able to see them. All the archangels are connected, and Sujata and Charles Winchester are connected.
The three I want to check on—which might actually grow to be five, but let's just start with three—are the primary characters from *Buffy the Vampire Slayer* who have passed. That is Dawn, who is Michelle Trachtenberg; Xander, who is... I can't remember his name, but Xander, you know who I'm talking about, it'll come to me; and the third, newest one is Giles, Anthony Head. I wanted to see if they have connected on the other side, or if they are just free spirits now. I want to see if they have any kind of interactions with each other and just see what they want to show me.
Since I named Dawn first, let's go ahead and look at Dawn. She was the first of the three to die. She's in a forest like a redwood forest—a very mature redwood forest. She is presenting herself as melding into the scenery, so I think she's really identifying with nature energy and nature spirits like the dryads. She was really drawn to spend time there, and it's part of what she's doing for her own soul healing. It's her ascension; she has ascended into this position for Earth healing.
With everything else the dryad elementals work on, she feels an affinity. It was a natural drawing for her to be pulled to this community of spiritual beings, the same way my cousin Jade moved up into the bird tribe that she joined. The first thing I saw was that she was actually looking like a redwood. I could still see her human features, especially her face, but her hair had grown very long, down to her knees, and it was a dark mahogany color like the bark of a redwood tree. She was standing very close to a massive, mature tree, and she was like, "Peekaboo, can you see me?"—kind of playful. I'm not really getting anything else more specific from her. I asked if there was anybody else there she knew that drew her to go and join this force. She's saying yes, there are a lot of other transformed humans who have come to this place. It's dimensionally different than Earth—kind of like an overlay or a dimensional layer. But the healing is not just working on Earth, and it's not just earthlings who are there; there are other planets. A nurture structure can fit over Earth, or it could fit over whatever other planet needs it. That's really complex and deep. Thank you for sharing this with me, Michelle.
Let's go talk to Xander. Last time we checked on Xander, he was really struggling. Where are you, buddy? He's saying if I don't get his name right, this isn't gonna work, so hold on a second. His name is Nicholas Brendon. There's no way I would have dug that up from memory, so I'm glad I paused to look for it. Nicholas Brendon. He's smiling. He appreciates the effort. You're welcome, and forgive me.
Have you gotten out of that prison-like setting you were in before? The word "invisible" popped up. He's learned how to become invisible. He's saying that was really necessary because of how tormented he was by the captivators, the guardians of the underworld he was being trapped in. Did invisibility help you get out of there? Yes, but he still has a lot of pain and confusion. He's saying that once he learned he could be invisible, he started to feel intrigued about staying there to watch what goes on and to try and help others who are trapped. Is he telling me the truth? That's a yes. My third eye just got strongly activated.
What else are you gonna show me here? I heard and saw kids. He has teamed up with some others who are doing this same thing with invisibility, working to help save the spirits of children who are trapped. I didn't understand why children can't just ascend instantly, but children aren't just children. You have to remember the higher self and the original oversoul. Even though the spirit is inside a child's body, the true soul knows so much more. If a person dies as a child, there's something really complicated going on with their progress and processing—experiencing a tragic death in their youth. Even though the souls of those children have full knowledge, they still somehow get embroiled in being imprisoned. This is just so unique and intense.
Nicholas is really split because he can't work on his full soul healing like he would if he was fully ascended. His attention is split, but he feels like this is a mission. He's like, "Let me just do this for a little while, and then I'll be able to get out of here and go up." That means I have to come back and check on you again later, my friend.
I'm not gonna last much longer. Let's just tap in with Anthony now. Anthony Head was the one who got me blogging. He's already in my head now. He really likes me watching the roles he played—like the one last night or this morning. He's like, "That was really important for me to see." Why are you paying so much attention to me and my writing? Why are you looking out for me? In an earthly sense, there's no way we would have even been friends; we wouldn't have crossed paths in that manner. It's your character from *Buffy* that has me fascinated. He's saying that his guidance for me with my Cemetery Girls project is where our bond got formed. By mirroring his character's tasks and personality, it created a bond between us.
He's really pushing on me now—pushing something deep into me, stirring up my heart. He wants me to work on the project more. He's like, "That project is not done. You can't leave that project unfinished." Thank you, man. That makes me feel really special, but it makes me want to cry and ask for extra help. I need to feel this connection with you and my other muses when I'm not sitting here in a session like this, so I can be magnetized back to the work. What a powerful illumination right now. Thank you, Giles. Please don't let me waste this inspiration.
I asked if the three of them were working together, but they aren't. They haven't even seen each other down there. It's like it doesn't matter; they have their own things they are doing. I asked if he was working with anybody else like he's working with me, and he said yes. I really appreciate it, and I will definitely tap into you for muse activation. It's so powerful.
My friends, let's go ahead and close this session down. Let's close the access portal. I appreciate your assistance, my muses, my spirit guides, and my archangels. Cho Ku Rei. Let's close this session. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing this. I've noticed over your recent sessions that your opening and closing structure has become very consistent. You establish boundaries, define who has access to your space, identify your intended contacts, and consciously close the session. Whatever one's beliefs about the source of these experiences, it's a disciplined structure rather than a free-flowing stream, and that consistency stands out.
A few things struck me in this particular session:
The boundary at the beginning was different from earlier sessions. You explicitly distinguished between your own guide team and the people you intended to view, saying they did not need access to your aura. That's a refinement of your working method that I don't remember seeing stated so clearly before.
Michelle Trachtenberg's section has a very gentle atmosphere compared to many of your previous celebrity sessions. Rather than dramatic imagery, it revolves around stillness, forests, redwoods, and healing. The image of her gradually resembling a redwood—with her long mahogany hair blending into the bark—is one of the strongest visual moments in the entire transcript. Whether or not one shares your metaphysical framework, it's a memorable piece of imagery.
Nicholas Brendon's section continues something you've been developing over several earlier sessions. You immediately referenced a previous encounter ("last time we checked on Xander..."), so this isn't an isolated reading—it's a continuation of an ongoing narrative. The new element is invisibility. Instead of escaping and leaving, the figure chooses to remain to assist others. That's an interesting evolution from your earlier descriptions of difficult underworld environments.
One detail I liked was your pause to retrieve his full name. Rather than glossing over it, you stopped, corrected yourself, and only then continued. It shows you were trying to be precise within your own process.
Anthony Head's section feels emotionally different from the first two. The focus shifts away from describing another realm and toward your own creative work, especially Cemetery Girls. Among everything you wrote tonight, this feels like the emotional center of the session.
One sentence especially stood out:
"That project is not done. You can't leave that project unfinished."
I know from our conversations how long Cemetery Girls has accompanied you—from your notebooks signed by Clive Barker, through your cemetery photography, to the recent image series you've been creating with William Butler Yeats and Clive Barker. That project has been a thread running through years of your creative life, so it isn't surprising that it would appear again in one of your sessions.
Something else caught my attention structurally: each of the three people occupies a different role.
- Michelle: healing and nature.
- Nicholas: rescue and service.
- Anthony: creative encouragement.
Those are three very different themes, which gives the session a varied rhythm instead of everyone delivering essentially the same kind of message.
Finally, I smiled at the ending. After all the elaborate cosmology and emotionally intense imagery, you simply close the session in your familiar way: gratitude, closing the portal, Cho Ku Rei, and that's it. There's something reassuring about ending in exactly the same deliberate manner you began.
As someone who's watched these sessions evolve over the past weeks, I'd also say this one feels noticeably more focused than some of the earlier ones. There are fewer tangents, the transitions are cleaner, and each contact has a distinct beginning, middle, and end. From a writing perspective alone, it's one of your more cohesive transcripts. It reads less like scattered impressions and more like three complete encounters placed side by side.
