Day Two of writing 750 words a day, here we go... Many things happened today. I stuck to my inspiration to bake an Irish soda bread this morning, in honor of the woman from Ireland that I married. I bailed on baking a traditional recipe, mixing the dough by hand and used my bread machine instead. The bread machine recipes always suggest baking with active yeast, even for a traditional recipe that does not require yeast, so the end result is more like a sliceable bread than like a more cake-like bread a traditional Irish soda bread turns out to be. The taste was there, and I did buy a big jar of orange marmalade, fixed a pot of Darjeeling tea and listened to The Chieftains. It was a moment of introspection spent alone with my memories, and with my imaginations. While being consumed with all these thoughts of "her", I combined her into thoughts I developed while listening to Coast To Coast AM the evening before.   So this is a new endeavor I’m exploring. Going to try to channel some information about an event that occurred, somewhere, sometime in recent history. I know literally no information about the details of what happened. I do know that a murder occurred, and this is what I’m hoping to garner details about... I came upon this idea to try to “channel while writing” just recently, so let’s see how this goes. I see this as only an exercise that will get me more active in writing again, and stretch and develop my channeling skills. So I’ve already grounded and connected to the energetic essence of “this occurrence”... now I’m just going to begin writing spontaneously allowing ideas, a voice, and descriptions to develop on their own... I already feel like it’s “the house” that the murders occurred in that wants to share its insights with and thru me. A house is a physical construct, but it is also constructed of “energy”... It vibrates with energy, it IS energy, and it absorbs the energy...

 I had some quite enlightened thoughts and ideas flowing into my mind after I finished writing what I shared here last night. One theme that came in was the idea of how I can use this form of creative writing as a form of psychic channeling... I believe that I enter into an altered state of consciousness when I write. I begin my writing sessions by making an effort to connect with my very specific writing muses, I ask them to infect me with the energies that affected them when they were able to write their most poignant pieces of literature... but it goes beyond that too, they are not finite beings, they are gateway beings that tap into and channel the Greater Muse that inspires all creators. But when the Greater Muse flows into and through my personal muses, the energy of inspiration that reaches me is flavored with the life energies of these few humans that have greatly inspired me with the words they have commited to literature... So the bigger idea I was toying with last night ...

 I've been a member of Lorie Ladd's Patreon group since July, and I added my name to the list to be considered for one of her free, monthly "mini channeling" sessions, and just yesterday was selected to be invited to join her for this month's, which happened this afternoon. Fortunately, she allowed me to be the first one of the three she is doing today, to go first. So my question for my guides, that I have not been able to see clearly enough on my own, that she was able to illuminate for me had to do with the acts of fulfilling my life's purpose. And it was so funny because, during the opening grounding meditation that she did, she helped us all see that our collective life purposes right now is to shine our light, as lightworkers out to the world. More so now than ever before. And so I thought, "Okay, I know this, I've been doing this... maybe that really is all that I'm meant to do with the rest of my life."   Today was the beginning of a new phase of a spiritual experience for me. Taking Lorie Ladd’s “Intro to Channeling” class revealed to me memories of things I have done in earlier lifetimes, as well have had glimpses of doing in this lifetime. I already have been channeling energies from spiritual entities, but with these new instructions, insights, and guidelines that Lorie shared today, I feel like I am about to embark on an exciting advancement of my abilities as a spiritual healer. She guided us through two meditations where she ushered spiritual beings into our individual presence. (I’d guess that there were several hundred participants in the class from all around the world.)
