buncha 7's on the 7th... a GOOD DAY
The odometer on my car had a bunch of 7's and other pairs of matching numbers when I pulled into the driveway after my last drive of the day yesterday, May 7th. I knew that was a sign of a good day/and night ahead. I had just driven home from Savers, the place where I begin working tomorrow (May 9th) at what I am hoping will be a most fascinating and enjoyable job (working in the book department sorting out and pricing books that are donated by the public for Savers to sell). So what the evening beheld was going to see U2 in concert with my 35-year-old son. I had never been to a concert with him before. And I had not been able to spend a lot of time with him over the past 15 years since he moved to Ireland. I really wanted us to have a memorable bonding experience with him, and this turned out to be a perfect thing for us to do.
