Dear Friends, I am heartbroken to tell you about what has happened, but I ended up injuring myself at my new job (Whole Foods) and have left being an employee for the company. I left on good terms and they told me that after I complete physical therapy (at the end of August), if I want my job back, they'll rehire me. How did this happen? Being old and out of shape is one explanation. Being over enthusiastic and wanting to impress everyone with a good attitude is another explanation. My bipolar "mania" rose it's smiling, ugly head and my enthusiasm caused me to damage the muscles in my shoulders (to the point where I was unable to lift my arms for several days straight). Anyway, I'm getting away from the deeper message here. I was so excited about this job and how willing they were to work with the limitations I presented them with.
