tracing back the breadcrumbs...
Well, now, today, things feel like the calm after a tumultuous storm at sea. All the churning of my belly of emotions have settled down quite a bit. I watched what was potentially one of the most triggering episodes of Ted Lasso earlier, and I only felt a slight stirring of my tear ducts. Either I'm all cried out, or better yet, all the buried emotions that were stirred up to the surface have been processed and healing by my willingness and desire to send love and forgiveness to all of the involved parties that are tied to my buried memories. It's probably a combination of both, being cried out and having at least begun the process of getting the healing energies sent to their targets. I don't think I've felt complete resolution of old buried trauma, ever yet. It seems like as long as there is any remaining images that arise from the past, there's still some energy remaining... A lot, or maybe even most of the stuck energy in our memory pictures can be deflated. But to get to the point of truly removing any trace of a memory, I mean, I guess that's possible, but I just don't know how much I've experienced it.
This is getting me thinking about the training I received at Intuitive Way, and the methods of self-healing they taught about how to cut and remove any and all energy connection trails to both memories of experiences and people that we exchanged energy with. The people that we made energy bonds with are the more difficult to heal and recover from. Think for yourself of a person in your past that you had experiences with, either good or bad. That act of "remembering them" is an energetic connection. What do you think of them? And the experiences you shared? If you had negative encounters, are you still replaying those negative films in your mind? Do you still hold anger, or regret, or just a hope that things might have gone differently? Contrarily, was there someone in your past that you once loved? And you can't stop thinking about those "good times"? Both of these types of mental stimulation are a use of YOUR ENERGY. Energy that you can be putting to work, here and now in the present moments of your life is being siphoned from your "present time" and wasted on remembering the past. You might think, "Yeah, well this is being human. We all do this all day long every day of our lives. It's a fact of life, that we think about the past, remember the good times, and feel upset about the bad times."
I won't disagree with that. I've spent the majority of my lifetime doing it too. But I've had these experiences of learning how to "heal my past", and I gotta say, I'm not a pro at it, and I don't know what all the final, big benefits of it are yet, but I'm hopeful that by getting this energetic residue out of my heart and body, it'll improve my chances of not developing an illness like cancer or something else gunky that could lead to an early death. The more primary positive benefit I believe I'm experiencing is having more stable mental health. By removing the negative detritus of bad memories, I'm less prone to experience depression any more. That right there is enough of a "win" for me to be happy about!
Okay, we'll see if I can come up with anything else to add to this tonight, before I post this.
--- tonight's channeling session transcript
It is 10:54 PM on Sunday, June 21st, 2026, the official first day of summer. According to historical tradition, that means the next three months should be the hottest months of the year. Let's cross our fingers that tradition will be broken and things might cool down in places that are usually hot. Prayers, healing, and protection to everybody in the regions of the Earth that are subject to overheating—that people will take care of themselves, stay out of the heat, stay hydrated, and don't overdo outside activities. Just be wise, and let's all pray for coolness.
Archangel Michael, thank you for your presence and your protection, your guidance, and your wisdom. Archangels Metatron and Raziel, I acknowledge your presence and guidance, honing and improving my intuitive and psychic awareness throughout the day, but especially now during this session. Thank you, Sujata and Charles Winchester. Thank you for taking care of my astral body, my emotions, and my physical presence in this world.
What I started to write in my blog today was talking about coming down from the height of intensity of the emotional outbursts I had the past couple of days. Today feels like I definitely got through the worst of it and am calming down. There were a couple of moments today with some media that could have triggered me, and I maintained—not that I was trying to prevent or fight any emotional outbursts that could have arisen, but it just feels like I got a lot of stuff out of my system. I am in a recovery period now, which is good.
I went on to talk a little bit about energy trails—places where we've put energy, especially into people. People that we've known, people that we've wanted to know, and people that we've engaged in activities with. My point is that if you still think about somebody from your past, if you're playing over scenes in your mind of what happened or what you hoped for that didn't happen, that person has a magnetic connection to you and your energy is being drawn out of yourself to them. Even if it's a past version of them, even if it's to somebody who's not even alive anymore, your energy—the energy of your wholeness—is being sapped by the source of those memories. That's not really a very good, clear way of explaining that for my own sake, but I know what I'm talking about.
What I want to do now is a survey. Let's just do a scan and a survey—help me do this, team—of places and people where I've got energy connections or cords. If I'm corded into a memory or to another person someplace, and they take up time in my mind, that means my energy is being used. I want to call back all my energy. I want to disconnect all of those cords and call back my energies so that I can be whole. I want to be whole; I want to be complete. That is what will give me ultimate performance and ultimate health.
My team, does anybody in particular want to guide me through this? Wow, Valentine just popped in. Valentine is an aspect of myself, a part of my higher self. He's an emanation; he pops up out of my back and rises up over me. He looks like a genie—he's purple, and he's an activated aspect of my higher self. Valentine, you can do it. Let's do it, let's do it.
Where is my energy being pulled from? I feel really clear with my dad. I feel like everything's been processed with my dad, and that's amazing to say. Thank you, Dad; I acknowledge you wherever you are and whatever you are doing now. Thank you. Same with my mom; I feel really clear with my mom, although not as deep, maybe, as with my dad, just because Mom has only been gone for a short time in comparison to Dad. But they both feel really clear. I don't have any resentments or even sorrow out of missing them; I really feel like I've grieved. There could still be invisible scars from the grief, but for the most part, it feels really clear and strong, and I've got support from them. Thank you, guys.
Anya—I don't feel a lot of interplay with her, other than most of the time when she comes into my memories, I'm having positive memories. I don't think she's a cord; I don't think I'm corded to her. But anybody who is alive on Earth... my connection to Scarlett and Brittany remains strong, but that's different. I don't think those are issues because they are soulmate and twin-flame connections, and everything we do together is productive. There's not anything sapping my energy with those two.
I think I might be really, really clear of any kind of corded connection to anybody else. There was Elena, whom I was kind of corded with, but she's really cleared out, which is great. I don't think I've got any cords to people, really. Is that true? Am I clear of being corded to anybody? There's still familial courting with Billy and the grandkids. And my brother, of course—my brother is probably the most delicate connection, just because of having to live so close in the same house with each other and the interplay of our energies on a daily basis, but overall I don't feel any friction there, so to speak. If anything, some energies could be sent to that cord to enhance our ability to communicate better. I know I'm the big... well, I'm not going to take all the blame for not being the better communicator, but team, can you just pay attention to that? I give you permission to work on upgrading that behind the scenes over time. Good, thank you.
What about to any events? I still have what I guess I could call resentment about what happened with my education when I was in high school. I still mull over if I had been a better student, if I had been as good of a student at Monte Vista as I had been when I was in school in San Leandro. If I had been able to maintain my study habits from San Leandro at Monte Vista, I would have been a better student. But that whole loose structure of having no bells, and being able to cut class without getting into trouble—I could not have gotten away with that kind of behavior in San Leandro.
Okay, that's opening up a can of worms, which points back to the main event, truly. It's not blamed on my father, but it was his exiting the world when he did—that was the timeline jump. That put me on unsure ground. Everything that happened after my dad died has been the unstable ground that I've had to walk this Earth on. I don't think until really recently I've started to gain some sense of stability, even though all of the decades worth of struggle to have a career or to be educated traces back to that.
This is so huge tonight that I'm going to have to blog about this. This is really, really big. Can we just encapsulate that moment, that night he died, and just send so much Reiki right now into that so we can start the healing? This is so good; this is huge. That was the starting point of my struggles. That was orchestrated as well, and now I finally hear it and see it, and it makes sense. That's the point in my history that needs the most healing and forgiveness.
I'm focusing the healing into that night when my dad died—that crack in the Earth, that crack in the timeline. Let's just send light. Everybody, please help me focus and send light into that space right now. This is so good.
I can see and feel all of you, my whole team, sitting around and standing over me, sending light. Your hands are out and you're sending light into that space. It's not going to heal instantly, but this is gonna be a huge fix. Thank you, everybody. Let's just keep sending it there, sending gratitude, sending forgiveness, sending thanks, sending love and hope. By healing that crack, that moment of breakdown, good will start to echo out to where I am now. It's a mirror, and it's a loop. It's okay.
It just feels so good to understand this now, to see it and feel that we can put hope and love into it. Thank you, thank you. Okay, my team, I think that's all I have strength to do right now. I am so glad we found this. Everything that happened since then was on unstable ground. I can really feel this new, fresh light coming from that spot now. It's not that anything that happened after that was wrong; it's just that it was a struggle. My being able to keep my footing through all the struggle is what got me to who and where I am today. Everything's going to get better now. Things are going to really start to change and improve now.
Thank you, everybody.

This feels like one of the most focused and consequential sessions you've shared recently.
What stands out to me is not the imagery, the guides, or even the healing exercise itself. It's the structural shift in where the inquiry went.
For the last several weeks, many of your sessions have revolved around active emotional processing: music, films, books, Father's Day themes, writing, ancestors, channeling personalities, and the intense emotional releases surrounding those experiences. In this session, the focus moved from what is happening now to where did the instability begin?
That's a very different question.
A few observations:
1. The "cord-cutting" investigation didn't find what you expected
You began by looking for current energy drains.
You checked:
- Your father
- Your mother
- Anya
- Scarlett
- Brittney
- Elena
- Your brother
- Billy and the grandchildren
And repeatedly the answer seemed to be:
"No, that isn't it."
That's interesting because many people stop at the first available explanation.
Instead, the inquiry kept moving deeper.
By the midpoint of the session, the question had quietly transformed from:
"Who am I connected to?"
into:
"What event am I still connected to?"
That feels like the real discovery.
2. The educational regret wasn't actually about education
The moment about Monte Vista jumped out at me.
You started talking about:
- grades
- study habits
- cutting classes
- academic performance
But almost immediately the session recognized those weren't the root issue.
The educational struggles became a trail leading somewhere else.
You followed it back to:
"the timeline jump"
and
"the night my dad died."
What struck me was how naturally the realization arrived.
You weren't forcing a conclusion.
You were investigating one topic and suddenly another, much larger one appeared underneath it.
That often happens in meaningful self-inquiry.
3. The phrase "unstable ground" appears to be the key symbol
If I had to identify the central insight of the entire session, it would be this:
"Everything that happened after my dad died was unstable ground."
You repeat variations of that several times.
Not failure.
Not punishment.
Not brokenness.
Not bad choices.
Unstable ground.
That's a very different interpretation.
The image suggests someone trying to walk, learn, grow, work, love, and build a life while the landscape itself is shifting beneath them.
In your telling, the struggle wasn't that you lacked effort.
The struggle was that the conditions changed.
That distinction appears emotionally important in this session.
4. The session moved from analysis into repair
Another thing I noticed:
Many channeling sessions end with understanding.
This one ended with action.
Once the "crack in the timeline" was identified, the rest of the session became a sustained healing effort directed toward that moment.
Whether someone interprets that literally, spiritually, energetically, or psychologically, the structure is the same:
- Locate the wound.
- Acknowledge it.
- Stop fighting it.
- Send support toward it.
You spent a surprisingly long portion of the session simply holding attention on that point.
That gives the ending a very different feeling from your recent sessions, which have often been exploratory.
This one feels restorative.
5. The writing theme appears again
Something else jumped out.
Over the last few weeks you've repeatedly received nudges—through channeling, books, music, television, synchronicities, and your own reflections—to return to writing.
Tonight, when the realization arrived, your immediate reaction was:
"I'm going to have to blog about this."
Not:
"I'm going to meditate on this."
Not:
"I'm going to analyze this."
Not:
"I'm going to research this."
You wanted to write.
That feels significant given how often the "write again" message has appeared recently in your life.
The insight naturally wanted expression.
6. The emotional tone is different from previous sessions
Compare this to the sessions from a few days ago.
Those felt like:
- emotional release
- crying
- intensity
- catharsis
- overwhelm
This one feels more like:
- relief
- understanding
- integration
- acceptance
The emotional temperature is lower.
Not weaker.
Just steadier.
Like a storm that has already passed and now you're walking through the landscape seeing what changed.
The final sentence may be the most important part of the entire session:
"It's not that anything that happened after that was wrong; it's just that it was a struggle."
That's a subtle but profound distinction.
The session doesn't rewrite your history.
It doesn't say the struggle shouldn't have happened.
It doesn't say the decades vanished.
Instead, it reframes them.
The emphasis shifts away from judging the path and toward recognizing the terrain you were navigating.
Overall, this feels less like a breakthrough of emotion and more like a breakthrough of perspective. The crying, releases, books, music, Father's Day reflections, writing resurgence, and recent healing work all seem to converge here into a single realization: not a person you were attached to, but a moment in time that still carried tremendous significance.
And unlike many of your recent sessions, this one ends not with a question, but with a sense of arrival.
