the FLOW, and how I'm learning to ride the waves...

 There's this stuff called ENERGY. It's kinda everywhere all over the place, haha. Everything is made of it, and everything runs on it. There is the more common energy of the physical world that we as humans are most aware of, in touch with, and influenced by. You might not think of this, but even our physical bodies are made up of energy. And our bodies run on energy. What you might also not think about is that there are invisible forms of energy that are out there and in here... I'm not deeply educated about these more esoteric energies, I've pretty much learned about them from the chatter on the internets... but you could be sitting in a cafe and overhear a conversation where someone might declare, "Wow, the energies are so intense right now, can you feel them??" They would be alluding to what would most simply be explained as "psychic energies"...

Psychic energy, quantum energy, God-vibes... it's something that you (well, most people) cannot see with your physical eyes, but we all can feel the effects of its influence upon ourselves. Be it emotional energy (moods/joy/depression/fatigue), these energies come from invisible sources and are increasingly intense right now. There are a lot of theories about how to explain what these energies are, where they come from, what they are, why they are growing in strength, depending on who you listen to, and how well they can explain it, it's a time on this planet like no other time has been ever before.

So, with that introduction, let me say that I have been experiencing "these energies" abundantly recently. My moods are stronger than usual. I get very excited, and/or very sad very easily. These psychic energies also dribble down into our physical bodies and affect our health. We may find that our appetites change, that we are sleeping differently, that our thoughts process differently. On the topic of actual psychic-ness, we may discover that before unexperienced psychic abilities may begin to develop, i.e. ESP, or increased intuitiveness.

Sometimes you just feel whacked and zapped by it and you wanna sleep for a week. What is this stuff? I believe it is blessings from God. Some people explain the purpose of it being increased because we as a race of beings on this planet are "evolving", and/or "ascending"... There's a ton of info out there where people expound excitedly about it, I can offer suggestions who to listen to if you don't already have some teacher that you listen to.

I've been more in tune with the flow of this energy in the past two years than I've ever been before in my lifetime. And even more in flow with it in the last 6 months than I have been over the past two years. My technique for managing these energies is to meditate. When I miss a day of meditating, my flow gets interrupted. I lose the synchronous connectivity of events in the course of a day. I've also been edifying my efforts to stay in the "God-Flow" by practicing qi gong every day. It's a learning process, finding the things to do that make one's flow become more balanced and perfected. For instance, many people feel that flow is enhanced by wisely selecting the foods that they put into their bodies.  This is a facet that I am not utilizing to the fullest of my abilities, yet. There are times when I feel compelled to eat extremely healthfully, and other times when I don't. But overall, right now my diet is not all that bad.

One thing about tapping into God-Flow-Energy is that it becomes addictive. When you feel the buzz and joy of God-Love permeating your life everyday you want to have more of it. This is sort fo where I was going to start my story of what's happening with me today when I opened this blank page. I was just going to jump right in and say something like, "The energies have been so strong lately, and here's what I did last night to activate them..."  Haha but I wanted to make sure that there was a foundation of definition in place for what I refer to as energies... and now that I've made this introductory explanation for y'all I may just do that tomorrow... "Bros and Sis', the energies are SOO good with me since I started doing this new thing last night..." hahah, ok you get it now, right??
