I went to Eugene O'Neill's house today...


I took this picture while on tour today at Tao House. This was in his bedroom where he actually slept on a carved teak opium table that was imported from China. Other "O'Neill Project updates... In my search of grave-dirt from his gravesite in Massachusetts I have located a man that lives in NYC that makes talismans, specifically as writer's charms. I have contacted him to see if he will make the journey to Jamaica Plain to obtain some soil and actually create this very specific talisman for me. He accepts PayPal so I will need to sell some things on eBay to get some money to pay him. I'll let you know if he will agree to help me. There is much more that I will say about why I feel the need of having such a tool to assist me in my writing. anon...

Sometimes I hate the laws of karma that bind me to this reality so much. I hate living in a place that suffers this heat in the summertime so badly too and would gladly pay in slave labor to be able to live in Santa Cruz, or some other affable place near a pleasant seashore that would soothe my body... and my soul. I don't know why I'm not allowed to live in Santa Cruz.
