Hi Daryl,

Sorry for the long delay in responding to your "The Pathway to Madness Spawned in the Soul of an Unaware Child." I enjoyed reading it, but it isn't right for Morbid Curiosity. I'm looking for essays structured more like fiction -- beginning, middle, end, rising action, dialog and description, all that jazz. There was some beautiful imagery in your piece, but the structure wouldn't work for me. Best of luck with it elsewhere and good luck with your writing!

When you said "right now", well, I did it "right then". It is all about me. It is all true. I know that as an editor you are extremely busy and cannot comment on every piece that crosses your desk, but I'd be happy to hear anything you have to say about it, even if its simply, "rejected".
