Laura - Cemetery Girl

Laura - Cemetery Girl Originally uploaded by daryldarko This is a photograph of Laura Quick. We were acquaintances at Monte Vista High School back in the mid 70's, but now we are much closer friends. Laura has spent much of her adult life travelling around the world as a travel photographer. This is one of my fav shots from our afternoon out together. You can see the rest of my shots of her here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/daryldarko/sets/72157623037581049/

He went on to explain that he had received a phone call from his boss at his job, who he had become quite close friends with. Billy works at a rescue mission run by the Salvation Army where they take drug addicted homeless men in off the streets in Dublin, Ireland. Many of the people that work for the operation have come through processes of recovery from addiction issues in their own lives. In the phone call with his friend, he found out that his friend had mad...
